Parker Mooneyham is a 3D artist and animator based in Tempe, Arizona, also working under the visual persona Scared Art. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from Arizona State University, Parker combines technical precision with abstract exploration to create impactful digital experiences.

Their work spans 3D modeling, animation, and motion graphics, often inspired by music festivals, cannabis culture, and motorsports aesthetics. Whether crafting psychedelic rave visuals, conceptual product renders, or narrative driven animations, Parker approaches each project with curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to visual storytelling.
